Shivoham has been training Ranbir for a year and a half. He revealed that the star was very strict in his diet and that Ranbir did not like to eat bread. The fitness trainer revealed that the star is eating brown rye toast or biryani instead of bread.
“Ranbir does not like sweets or fried foods. He doesn’t even like outside food. He always likes to eat simple and home cooked food, ”said Shivoham. But Shivoham says Ranbir loves burgers.
According to the fitness coach, Ranbir follows a low carb diet. Eat eggs, protein shakes and brown bread for breakfast, and brown rice, chicken, dal and green vegetables for lunch. Snacks include dried fruit and a protein shake. Dinner is a very light meal.
Shivoham says dedication is Ranbir’s greatest fitness secret. Ranbir is a star who pays a lot of attention to health care such as getting proper sleep, following a clean diet, exercising and keeping the body hydrated.
